All orders are processed and prepared for shipment during business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Address Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@stilevestiti.co before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.

7. Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your specific order is selected based on your location and package size.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by email: support@stilevestiti.co. Please retain all packaging materials and take photographs of any damage for your claim. We will send a replacement free of charge.

9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@stilevestiti.co. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund or replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
