We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@stilevestiti.co and we will attempt to cancel it before shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it using our standard 30-day return process.
3. How to Start a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@stilevestiti.co. Include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the invoice included with your package.

- If your return request is approved, you will send your package to our warehouse. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

- Place the items you wish to return in secure packaging. Ensure they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Include the return form inside the package.
- Send the package to our designated warehouse using a reliable shipping provider with tracking number.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@stilevestiti.co within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Lost in Transit:
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Contact us at support@stilevestiti.co with your order number.
- We will investigate with the carrier.
- If the package cannot be located within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost.
Marked "Delivered" But Not Received:
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

- We will investigate with the carrier
- If not located, we will issue a full refund or replacement
Delayed Packages:
If your order exceeds the estimated 4-8 business day delivery window:

- We'll provide a status update within 24 hours
- If delay exceeds 7 days past the estimated window, we'll offer a full refund or expedited replacement

9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
After the refund is issued, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
10. Refunds & Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving every issue fairly and efficiently. If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@stilevestiti.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can issue a refund, replacement, or store credit more quickly than the chargeback process allows.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be disputed with supporting evidence, including the order confirmation, tracking information, proof of delivery, and any communications on file. We respect legitimate buyer-protection rights and will always cooperate with your bank when a chargeback is warranted, but we reserve the right to contest claims that do not reflect the facts of the transaction.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of every order, Stile Vestiti uses a combination of automated and manual fraud-prevention measures. These include address verification (AVS), card security code (CVV) checks, IP and device screening, and manual review of high-risk orders by our customer service team.
If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorization on our store, please contact us immediately at support@stilevestiti.co so we can cancel the order, issue a refund, and cooperate with your bank’s investigation.
